INGREDIENTS

Chili Flakes Sachet, add according to preference
Steps

1. Boil sufficient water in a pot.
2. Empty the Seasoning Sachet and Oil Sachet into a bowl.
3. Put noodles into the boiling water and cook for 4 mins. Stir occasionally.
4. Drain excess water, retaining some water to keep noodles slightly wet.
5. Add cooked noodles to the bowl and mix well.
6. Add Chilli Flakes Sachet according to preference.

Spring onion, white section, (cut into 2cm length)

Cabbage shredded

Tomato Ketchup

Spring onion, green section, (cut into 2cm length)

Fried scrambled egg

Steps

1. Boil 500ml of water in a pot.
2. Put noodles into the boiling water and cook for 4 mins. Stir occasionally.
3. Remove noodle and rinse with tap water for a few secs. Set aside for later use.
4. Heat pan with cooking oil on medium heat. Add garlic and spricg onion (white section) and stir fry till fragrant using tongs. (alternatively, you may use wok spatula)
5. Add cabbage, cooked noodles, chill flakes sachet (according to preference), oil sachet and seasoning sachet. Mix well.
6. Add tomato ketchup, spring onion (green section) and fried scrambled egg. Mix wekk and stir-fry for approx. 10 secs.
7. Drizzle 1 ½ tbsp. of water around the edge of pan, mix well and stir-fry for approx. 5 secs.
8. Serve immediately.
