Start-Up Support
Franchisees will receive advice for restaurant set-up from the selection of sites to construction, and including equipment procurement. Our proprietary kitchen equipment is specially customised for optimal operational efficiency.
Franchisees will also receive advice on menu selection and development for their respective markets.
Comprehensive Training
We provide extensive training covering restaurant management, kitchen operations, service operations and product knowledge.
In addition, we have a series of manuals covering kitchen operations, service operations and brand communications to provide a constant guide and handy reference for staff orientation and re-training.
Operational Support
You will receive on-going consultation on various aspects of the restaurants' operations. Our franchise team will always be at hand to ensure smooth operations.
Marketing
As our new Prima Taste ambassador for your respective markets, you will receive advice and guidelines on brand application and management, as well as marketing activities and programmes.
